REFUND POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be :
● unopened
● unmarked
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

The return/exchange package must be postmarked back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and items can only be shipped back via USPS. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Montessori In Color is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. 

Please note: Returns over $100 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible. 


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please send us an email at team@emko.co before you start the return process. We will send you a downloadable return label and the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed once received pending inspection, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

 Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of our digital downloads, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in 30 days after purchase.

We are happy to issue a refund or store credit if your product is proven to be defective or not as described or you bought the same product twice.

We will accept your refund if:

  • Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)
  • Issued serial numbers have not been used to authorize the software.
  • You have not yet downloaded the product from your account.
  • You bought the same product twice

Unfortunately, we do not refund you if:

  • You no longer need the purchased product.
  • You found another product you like better or you’ve changed your mind.
  • You cannot use the product due to hardware limitations
  • You cannot use the product due to due to software limitations
  • You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge/know-how
